Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners
- Insight approach



Who This Is For:
*This series is open to Beginners with no or little prior meditation experience. Individuals seeking tools for coping with stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.
*Anyone interested in developing greater self-awareness and inner steadiness.
A Supportive Learning Environment:
This course is guided by trauma-informed and culturally responsive principles. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace, choose what feels supportive, and participate in ways that feel comfortable to you.
